End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Commercial License Rights Granted

Upon purchasing any brush pack or master bundle created by Awais Shaukat, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use the brushes in:

• Personal illustration and sketch work.
• Commercial client commissions and freelance artwork.
• Published graphic novels, manga, comic books, and book covers.
• Merchandise, prints, apparel, and video game concept art.

2. What Is Prohibited

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the .brushset, .abr, or .sut preset files.
• Extract raw brush tip shapes or texture stamps to repackage as a competing digital product.
• Upload the brush files to shared cloud drives, torrents, or warez websites.

3. Copyright & Attribution

All presets, brush algorithms, and artwork copyright remain with Awais Shaukat (© 2026). Artist credit in your final illustrations is appreciated but not legally required.
